We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

2. Client Engagement

Our consulting relationships are formalized through separate written agreements that specify deliverables, timelines, fees, and other terms specific to each engagement. These Terms of Service complement, but do not replace, such agreements.

Client engagements typically begin following an initial consultation and mutual agreement on scope of work. We may decline to provide services at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IsoElemicInzx and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated in a client agreement, intellectual property developed during client engagements remains the property of IsoElemicInzx until full payment is received, at which point specified deliverables become the property of the client.

Methodologies, tools, templates, and know-how used by IsoElemicInzx in providing services remain our exclusive intellectual property regardless of client engagement outcomes.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. However, you acknowledge that:

• We may disclose general information about our work together for marketing purposes, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement prohibits such disclosure
• We may be required to disclose information in response to legal process or governmental requests
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications or data storage

Clients are responsible for identifying confidential information that requires special handling beyond our standard practices.

5. Payment Terms

Consulting fees are specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due according to the schedule specified in the client agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable to our services

Expense reimbursements, if applicable, require prior approval and appropriate documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

IsoElemicInzx provides advisory services based on our expertise and experience but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Clients retain full responsibility for business decisions made based on our recommendations.

7. Website Use

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any manner that could damage or overburden our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
