Our Story
IsoElemicInzx was founded in 2015 by Dr. Morgan Keller and Dr. Elise Bergman, two biotech researchers who recognized a critical gap in the ecosystem: brilliant scientific ideas were failing to reach commercialization due to business development challenges. Having experienced these frustrations firsthand with their own research, they decided to build a bridge between science and business.
What began as informal consulting for colleagues quickly evolved into a dedicated practice as word spread about their unique approach. By 2017, they had assembled a team of specialists combining scientific expertise with business acumen, creating a consulting firm that truly understood both the technical and commercial aspects of biotech innovation.
Our name, IsoElemicInzx, reflects our philosophy: like isotopes and elements in chemistry, we believe in finding the perfect balance of components to create stable, successful ventures. The "inzx" represents our innovative, experimental approach to business consulting that defies conventional categorization.

Dr. Morgan Keller
With a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and an MBA from Harvard, Morgan brings 15+ years of experience bridging scientific innovation and business strategy. Before founding IsoElemicInzx, she led commercialization efforts at BioVenture Partners and holds three patents in drug delivery systems.
Dr. Elise Bergman
Elise holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from MIT and previously served as Research Director at Genentech. Her expertise in translational research helps clients navigate the technical challenges of bringing novel therapies to market. She has published over 30 papers in prestigious journals.
Javier Mendoza
Javier brings 12 years of experience in venture capital, having previously served as Partner at LifeSci Ventures. His deep network of investor connections and expertise in valuation and deal structuring have helped our clients secure over $120M in funding to date.
Dr. Aisha Patel
